There’s a difference between moving fast and moving toward something.
Over a decade in high-pressure startups and leadership roles at Apple, Activision, and Microsoft gave me a close view of ambition, performance, and what it takes to lead people through change.
It also gave me a close view of the disconnect. The experience of being capable, doing the work, and still feeling that the life you’re living doesn’t quite fit.
Eventually, that became something I could no longer ignore. Stepping away from corporate life wasn’t the end of the questions. It was the beginning of asking different ones.
What do you want your work to make room for? What are you choosing because it matters to you? And what are you carrying because it once made sense?
That’s the space we work in.
Think Outside the Lines grew from a belief that people need room to hear themselves. Through coaching, I help people explore career transitions, identity shifts, and the choices that can bring work and life closer to what matters now.
My approach is warm, direct, and reflective. There is room for uncertainty, room to challenge an assumption, and room to take a practical step before you have the whole picture.
The conversations are part of the work.
On the podcast, I talk with people who are questioning inherited expectations, navigating change, and creating lives that feel like their own. The questions are often personal: what does success cost, who are you beyond your role, and what are you willing to choose differently?
