Hi, I’m Shawn.

I created Think Outside the Lines to be a platform dedicated to helping people live with more clarity, intention, and alignment.

I’ve spent over a decade leading high-impact teams and delivering digital experiences at Apple, Activision, Microsoft, and fast-paced startups. I understand high performance, ambition, and the pressure to always “have it all figured out.” I also understand what happens when success becomes disconnected from meaning.

Think Outside the Lines is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and explore what your life can look like when it’s shaped with intention, clarity, and meaning.

Today, I combine leadership experience, creative strategy, and personal insight to help people shift out of “doing mode” and into a more grounded way of living. Through writing, podcasting, and coaching, my mission is to help you live in alignment with who you are and who you’re becoming. Not by default, but by choice.
