About Shawn
Shawn Feeney is the creator of Think Outside the Lines, a podcast and coaching practice for high-performers ready to live more intentionally.
After spending over a decade navigating high-pressure startups and leadership roles at Apple, Activision, and Microsoft, Shawn knows firsthand what it feels like to be highly capable, successful on paper, and still somehow disconnected from the life you're actually living. He stepped away from that world to build something more aligned—not because he knew exactly what was next, but because he could no longer ignore the disconnect.
Today, through 1:1 coaching, he works with professionals navigating career transitions, identity shifts, and the messy middle. He helps them close the gap between external success and internal alignment—moving from autopilot to intention, from performance to presence, and from what looks good to what actually feels true.
He explores these same themes on the Think Outside the Lines podcast, hosting grounded, honest conversations with people who are creating lives on their own terms, leaving traditional careers, and deciding that "normal" simply wasn't working for them anymore.
Shawn's approach is calm, reflective, and fiercely anti-performative. He doesn't believe people need fixing, nor does he offer rigid five-step frameworks. Instead, he provides clarity, steady support, and the space for people to finally hear—and trust—themselves when there is no script to follow.
