Career reinvention coaching
The next chapter
starts with you.
When work no longer fits, the question is bigger than your next job title. It’s what you want your days to feel like, what matters now, and what you’re ready to do differently.
What we can work on
A clearer direction.
A next step
you can take.
When staying feels harder to explain
Explore whether you need a different role, a different way of working, or a different direction altogether.
When the change wasn’t your choice
Make room for the identity questions a layoff or unexpected ending can bring, and begin choosing what comes next.
When you know you want something else
Look at the possibilities alongside the realities of your time, responsibilities, and energy. Choose small experiments that help you learn.
When you keep talking yourself out of it
Notice whose expectations you’re carrying, practice trusting your judgment, and find boundaries that support your choices.
How we work together
Space to reflect.
Support to move.
Hear what’s underneath.
We make room for what’s feeling heavy, what you want, and what you may have stopped asking yourself.
Look at your choices.
We explore the options and assumptions in front of you, including the real commitments your next step needs to respect.
Try something you can learn from.
You choose a practical step. We reflect on what it reveals and adjust as you go. You remain the person making the decisions.
Find the support that fits.

Before you begin
Questions you may have.
Do I need to know what career I want next?
No. Exploring that question can be part of the work. You can start with what feels wrong, what you’re curious about, or the choice you keep circling.
Will coaching mean leaving my job?
The decision is yours. Reinvention can mean changing roles, setting boundaries, exploring independent work, or making a larger change. We look at what makes sense for you.
Which kind of support is right for me?
A Momentum Strategy Session is a focused place to work through a question or decision. Ongoing coaching offers space to keep reflecting and adjusting as a larger transition unfolds. The digital course offers a self-paced place to begin if you prefer to reflect on your own. We can discuss the fit before you choose.
Is this help with my résumé or job search?
The focus here is career direction, identity, self-trust, and the decisions around change. If you’re seeking résumé writing, recruiting, or job placement, describe that in your inquiry so we can clarify fit.
What happens when I reach out?
The initial questionnaire gives me a sense of what’s changing and the support you’re looking for. We can then explore whether working together feels useful. Completing it does not commit you to a coaching package.
Trust built through working together.
Reflections on my leadership, mentorship, and support.
“Shawn has a natural ability to recognize potential in others, often before they see it themselves, and he supports that growth in a way that feels both thoughtful and genuine.”
“His experience, leadership, and grounded compassion are invaluable and he is bound to make nothing but a positive impact on your life.”
Start where you are.
You don’t need a polished explanation. The question you keep coming back to is enough.
